*Money for food purchases and incidentals must be in American funds (USD).
*We do not have much space - plan to travel light (1 bag or backpack in addition to your group’s needs). There is no safe place to store valuables - pack accordingly.
*DO NOT bring fruit or propane across the border
*Please have your student carry a fanny/backpack to keep any important belongings on them at all times. Staff cannot be responsible for any items belonging to students.
*Other than the meals that will be purchased in the town of Ashland on Wednesday lunch and Thursday evening, and the teacher BBQ on Thursday, students will prepare all other meals at the campground (two breakfasts, two dinners). Students will shop for their camp food on Tuesday morning/afternoon.

Safety Instructions:
Extended medical coverage ($1,0000,000) will be purchased by the Mini through BCAA and this cost is included in the $700.00 fee. Students MUST bring their B.C. Medical card with them.
Behaviour Expectations:
It is important that students understand that non-prescriptive drugs and alcohol are forbidden during all school functions. Similarly, there will be no smoking permitted. Teachers will expect instructions to be willingly followed, especially in regards to safety and deportment. Any serious infraction will result in the student being returned to Vancouver at the parents’ expense.
